Production Line
In order to enhance competitiveness in the market, "Yeeu Chang Company" set up the factory in Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province of China in 1999. From operating the mold to ship the goods, we do emphasize the consistent processes including research, development, production and quality control, which has passed ISO9001. Due to the professional electronic R&D team, we can do the mold design and circuit design by ourselves and also can match up OEM and ODM project based on the customers' request.
In terms of equipment, we have automatic plug-in SMT assembly line, seven injection molding machines and three packaging machines. In addition, our products have mostly passed the certifications, including E-MARK, DRL, CE, SAE and above IP67 waterproof grade. The factory puts attention to the links between the market demand, product's design and production. While R&D constantly develops new products, the factory also concentrates more attention on the customers' comment and response so that production and marketing can reach closer union, which we sincerely expect the customer can obtain the biggest satisfaction.
